We're in charlotte, in the heart of NASCAR country. Here's a picture of Mey in an airport restaraunt called "Stock car cafe". We sat for 10 min without a waiter. It seems the cafe, much like Nascar, is slow.
“Everyone’s a critic” laments local chef Jason Dady in his recent anti-blog blog posting.
He brings up several good points about the unilateral nature of the internet and questions the fairness of an anonymous system of review. And he’s got a valid point – there’s a lot of crap on the internet.
It takes a discerning eye to weed through all the crap. Thankfully, most of society has a reasonable ability to tell the difference between a credible source and a lunatic’s rants. I’m not yet sure which category I fall into, so I’ll leave that for you to decide.
For a moment I’m going to pretend as though this blog is read by more than just my wife and speak directly to you – my anonymous reader whom I’ve never met. So here’s some information that I’ve pasted from my Facebook account:
